Finding Inner Strength and Growth

I met Lucas and exposed to Mind Set at a point in my life when things were not going the way I wanted, I was completely down. He could tell just by looking at me that something was wrong, I was really down.  After few minutes of conversation, Lucas told me he could help. I asked him to coach me for one month. He would spend an hour with me three times a week and use half the time to coach me physically and the other half to coach me mentally.

That month with Lucas, I think, was the fastest growth spurts I ever had in such a short period of time. He helped become stronger physically, emotionally and mentally. Not only that, he helped me set up goals for myself and he helped me to conditioned my self - mind, body and emotions to follow through on my goals and achieve them. Now I use what I have acquired and apply them every day to get myself a little bit stronger and better and not let days go to waste. All thanks to what my friend Lucas has taught me.

Overcoming Racism

For the past three years of my life, I felt as if I was drowning in the deep-seated social construct of racism. I tried over and over to swim away from the powerful currents of racism, it seems as if I was not strong enough, my personal life was falling apart and I was living in emotional turmoil until I was introduced to MIND SET and Lucas Asu. 

Lucas elicited my own skills, my own God given inner strength and highlighted my abilities that I can overcome whatever life throws at me at any given moment. “My past does not equal my future.” A simple and profound statement as such empowers me daily to reclaim all my gifts that the Lord had bestowed on me.

I now apply all the techniques, tools, skills and knowledge that I gained and have enhanced the quality of my life, my emotional wellbeing, the direction of my life, and the certainty to create the future that I want. As a result my family life is abundantly much happier; my relationships with friends have become much stronger.

My ability to decipher prejudices as the ultimate social construct of ego has allowed me re-entry to my place of employment, knowing who I AM and the God that created me.  I am truly grateful, for the opportunity to have introduced, and work with such a resourceful, insightful and euphoric leader, not only through his word but his actions, energy and passion.
